The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

 

REVIEWS & MARKETING

Use of Email Address for Newsletter Subscription
We use your email address independently of the contract solely for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters, provided you have given your explicit consent. The processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent until revocation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your email address will then be removed from the distribution list.

Use of Email Address for Direct Marketing
We use your email address, which we have received in connection with the purchase of a product or service, for the electronic transmission of advertising for our own products or services that are similar to those you have already purchased, unless you have objected to this use. Providing the email address is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data will result in no contract being concluded. Use of Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
We use the service of Sendinblue GmbH (Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin; “Brevo”) for sending newsletters as part of a data processing agreement. The information you provide during newsletter registration (email address, possibly first and last name) is shared with Brevo. Data processing serves the purpose of sending newsletters and their statistical evaluation. To evaluate newsletter campaigns, sent newsletters contain a 1x1 pixel graphic (tracking pixel) and/or a tracking link. This allows us to determine whether you have opened the newsletter and clicked on integrated links. In this context, personal data such as IP address, browser type, and device may also be collected. Usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym. The data collected is not used to personally identify you. Data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in a targeted, effective, and user-friendly newsletter system. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Use of an External Inventory Management System
We use an inventory management system for contract processing as part of a data processing agreement. Your personal data collected during the order process is transmitted to
Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The processing of your personal data serves the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with you and is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.


PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

Use of PayPal Express
On our website, we use the payment service PayPal Express provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The processing of your data serves the purpose of offering you payment via PayPal Express. Credit card via PayPal, Direct debit via PayPal & "Pay Later" via PayPal
For certain payment methods such as credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or "Pay Later" via PayPal, PayPal reserves the right to obtain a creditworthiness assessment using mathematical-statistical methods in cooperation with credit agencies. Third-Party Providers
When paying via a third-party payment provider, the data required for payment processing is transmitted to PayPal. This processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The data may then be transmitted by PayPal to the respective provider to execute the payment. This processing is also based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Invoice payment via PayPal
When paying by invoice, the data required for payment processing is initially transmitted to PayPal and subsequently to Ratepay GmbH (Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin; "Ratepay") to fulfill the contract with your chosen payment method. Ratepay may conduct a creditworthiness assessment using mathematical-statistical methods in cooperation with credit agencies, as described above.
